Service Description

Steps to book a teleconsultation appointment with us: 1) Book an appointment via the various avenues: (Call in, email, WhatsApp, Walk-in, mobile queue, online booking). Our nurses will check with you regarding your concern and triage for suitability for teleconsultation. 2) Once the appointment has been set in stone, you’ll be given a queue no. Our nurses will confirm your mobile no. and you’ll be notified with an estimated waiting time. You will receive a WhatsApp call when the doctor is ready. The nurses will ask you for your vital signs so do inform them should you have any records. (Blood Pressure, Temperature, Height & Weight) 3) Do make payment for the consultation first as per the clinic’s consultation charges via Paynow UEN / Paynow QR. (Do include your full name and last 4 digits of NRIC to facilitate verification & identification) After making payment, please screenshot and send the proof of payment screenshot via WhatsApp to the respective clinic’s mobile phone no to secure the appointment. 4) Once ready, our doctor will call you and verify your full name, NRIC and location before commencing the consultation. 5) After the consultation has been concluded, our nurses will inform you about the medications that has been prescribed by the doctor and you will decide the medications that you require. Do take note that once payment has been made, no refunds will be allowed. Do make your payment via Paynow UEN / Paynow QR and send a WhatsApp message with the screenshot as proof of payment to the clinic. 6) You could collect your medications either at the clinic (Latest by the next working day) or via courier service*. (Subjected to non-controlled drugs prescribed and delivery charges). *Caveats to consider for opting for courier delivery of medications: Risk of loss of parcel if patients opt for normal courier service. (contentious?) Handling and storage for parcel. (E.g., parcel is exposed to hot weather, tablets melted or change of color and spillage of medicine syrup.) Parcel delivered to wrong address. 7) For Medical Certificate and/or Referral Letter, you are advised to download the eHealthAssist (eHA) to better facilitate the retrieval of these documents. Should any reason that you are unable to download the app, you could also retrieve your documents via self-collection or email.
